A federal judge Friday ordered President Trump’s associate Roger Stone to file a rebuttal to prosecutors’ claim he violated a gag order with his social media posts.
Judge Amy Berman Jackson ordered the rebuttal to be filed by June 27 over several Instagram posts made by Stone in which he screenshotted articles about a court document filed in his case last month.
The screenshots showed articles about a court filing in which the Justice Department said it did not have a full report from cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike, which revealed that Russians had hacked the Democratic National Committee (DNC). Stone had been seeking the full report ahead of his November trial.
