A federal judge on Thursday slapped a sweeping gag order on Roger Stone after he posted a photo of her on Instagram with crosshairs next to her head.
“What concerns me is the fact that he chose to use his public platform and chose to express himself in a manner that can incite others that feel less constrained,” Judge Amy Berman Jackson said in her Washington, DC, courtroom.
“There’s nothing ambiguous about crosshairs.”
