CLEVELAND, Ohio — With his now deleted Sunday Instagram post, “Who Framed Roger Stone?” Roger Stone appears to be testing federal judge Amy Berman Jackson’s February warning: “I gave you a second chance. This is not baseball, you don’t get a third chance.”
Jackson had issued that warning on Feb. 21, when putting Stone under a gag order after a picture of Jackson, next to a rifle’s crosshairs, was posted on Stone’s Instagram account.
Stone had posted the parody of the “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” movie after Jackson had ordered Stone and his lawyers to explain why they hadn’t informed her earlier about the new introduction and re-release of his re-titled book on Trump’s election and allegations of Russia interference, “The Myth of Russian Collusion: The Inside Story of How Trump Really Won.”
