LAS VEGAS (AP) — A lawyer for rancher Cliven Bundy says he’ll appeal a Nevada judge’s refusal to declare that the federal government has no jurisdiction over public land in the state.
Washington-based activist attorney Larry Klayman said Wednesday the state Supreme Court should be as upset as him that Clark County District Court Judge Jim Crockett derided Bundy’s request as “delusional.”
Klayman says judges aren’t allowed to demean litigants.
