Though it has not necessarily played out in the public spotlight, the dueling lawsuits between Leigh Corfman and Roy Moore have churned relentlessly.
And for now, there is still not even a trial date.
Amidst the churning, though, has emerged a months-long legal squabble concerning what information each side will provide to the other in the discovery process and, more recently, the deposition of Corfman.
