Former Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore has filed a lawsuit against comedian Sacha Baron Cohen over his appearance on Showtime's "Who is America?" The Washington Examiner reports.

Moore, the former Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, and his wife are suing Cohen, Showtime, and its parent company the CBS Corporation over a segment of the show in which Moore claims Cohen, "falsely painted, portrayed, mocked and with malice defamed Judge Moore as a sex offender, which he is not."
